For you who intend to do more than just browsing:
(Including print screening, copy and pasting, refer/link, cite, embedd, etc)

Another nice terms and conditions

Davemanuel.com is a blog of davemanuel containing his opinion on things, mostly thing's concerned by Americans. I'm not American, but I found his site's rules likeable.

Posteriza

Posteriza is a wall poster maker software, that allows us to make posters by printing multiple ordinary papers and join them together.

What interesting about this software is that it has original terms and conditions and its quite easy to read. Although they are not very short.

I want to be able to explain this better

How the spirit of freedom, generousity, and improvement of access
work together using the law and the open source community...
to stifle the growth of the spirit of making exclusive of what's
publicly available.

Without the law, violent people could intimidate others from accessing certain solutions,
Open source movement is not hindered by the law, but facilitated by the law.

My posts about spirits (I say that spirits are inclinations):

Another tips

Another thing that may make it easier for people to read terms and conditions is the attitude of carefulness.

So before you read terms and conditions... imagine the provider said to you, "Hey lets go into my house, step in go on, but becareful...."

Becareful of what? You'd ask... then read the terms and conditions.
