What do you think of Terms and Conditions, or Legal Notices, or License Agreements? Too long? Confusing? Too forgetable? or maybe even interesting? I want to know your coping with them.

I think maybe it could be made so that the whole dot.com extension would have 1 set of terms like google, and if people wanted to imply their own terms, they should provide links to another address that's not .com like .net or .org.
